We accept returns. We must be informed within 2 days of the delivery date. We charge a 10% restocking fee for all returns. Every deal takes time and faith. As an earnest small business, time is a labour cost even if faith is not. Customers are responsible for their return shipping cost. Exchanges are possible. No refunds or exchanges are accepted for resized or customised items, and items paid by layaway. Refunds made will be less the 10% restocking fee, our original shipping and insurance costs, and the non-refundable payment processing fee charged by our payment processors Stripe and Paypal. Paypal fees: 3.9% + $0.50 (Singapore), 4.4% + $0.50 (International) Bank transfers will be refunded minus the 10% restocking fee, and shipping and insurance costs only. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders. We use Lalamove to deliver orders from Singapore. We use Fedex International Priority to ship international orders. We insure all orders with a third party service. We usually take 1 – 2 days to process an order. We clean and inspect each piece before we ship. Ring resizing will take an additional 3-7 days. Fedex International Priority generally delivers packages in 2 – 3 days. There may be delays due to busy seasonal periods or customs processing. We can negotiate payment plans on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch! Yes. This requires a 4 to 6 week lead time. Please contact us for more information. There isn’t a fixed rule for this. For us, we date ‘antique’ as pre-WWII and ‘vintage’ as post-WWII. This is a general guide, as many sellers and observers date jewellery between the two wars differently. Another general rule is that if we can see clear signs of production and lesser of craftsmanship, we are less inclined to say that something is ‘antique’. Earlier vintage pieces were finished both by hand and machines. Subsequently, as technology became more prevalent in jewellery craft, we have fewer problems identifying a jewellery piece as ‘vintage’. We take care of every item we sell for life. If you live in Singapore, bring the damaged item back to the store, and we will take care of it. For international customers, please get in touch with us if you can’t find anyone locally to fix it. Send the item back, and we will take care of it. We may or may not charge a service fee for repair work; this depends on how much work there is to be done. We offer this service hardly to make money. We offer this service because of the nature of work that we do. Many pieces of antique jewellery are not serviced properly in modern jewellery stores (unless you have a personal relationship with the store owners). What we do for our local customers, we offer to our international customers. We can resize most rings at no extra charge. We only charge when we upsize rings by two sizes and above. We charge approximately SGD80 (USD60) for upsizing, but may increase this fee by a little depending on the ring size and complexity of the job.
