Small Jade Pendant

Dainty jade pendant set with natural jadeite jade and diamonds in 18k.

The jade is an example of jadeite approximating an ‘imperial green’ hue, deep and intense, with high translucency.

The freeform jade is carved to resemble a sugarloaf cabochon, with a ‘sharp’ nose.

The triangular cabochon is vivid and because it is small, 10mm by 8mm, makes for a delightful piece of candy.

Such jade quality is precious however small and when worn casually shows off knowledge of jadeite quality.

The pendant measures 21mm by 11mm.
