The 8 stones are oval cuts, though they are considered to veer to a ‘cushion’ shape, being wider. This quality gives an illusion of a big face.
The biggest stone is 8.7ct, the smallest is 3.3ct.
The stones are not identical in hue, being greenish blue, with some having more green or blue than others.
They have the glowing quality of paraibas that appear neon-like the lower the light.
Like a string of pearls, the glow as a whole is more than the sum of its eight stones.
Unlike pearls though, for these paraiba stones, the color of each stone manifests beautifully when observed beside another.
Floating the greenish blue color of these stones will tap their aqua hues into a ravishing jewel. A paraiba necklace is rarely available, and mostly bespoke.
