Fine jade pendant and ring pair set with glassy green and yellow jadeite and accented with diamonds in 18k.

The jade has a very fine grain crystal and is noted for its transparency.

The pendant has a pair of gourds set with round diamonds, while the ring has a candy set with rose cut diamonds.

All three carvings are glassy type jadeite (玻璃种), displaying luminescence, a silvery white light moving through the cabochons. The phenomenon is not the reflection of light/lamp but pushed from within the stone.

This is our smallest glassy type jade jewelry, a dainty set to get to know what glassy Burmese jadeite looks like.

This glassy jade is so precious that no rough material is left aside – all rough is carved into something, because however small, the material remains luminous, only a matter of shaping into the right cabochon or carving.
