We offer free shipping on all orders.

We use Lalamove to deliver orders from Singapore. We use Fedex International Priority to ship international orders. We insure all orders with a third party service.

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days. Ring resizing takes an additional week.

We accept returns. We must be informed within 2 days of the delivery date.

We charge a 10% restocking fee for all returns. Every deal takes time and faith. As an earnest small business, time is a labour cost even if faith is not.

Customers are responsible for their return shipping cost.

Exchanges are possible.

No refunds or exchanges are accepted for resized or customised items, and items paid by layaway.

Refunds made will be less the 10% restocking fee, our original shipping and insurance costs, and the non-refundable payment processing fee charged by our payment processors Stripe and Paypal.

Stripe fees: 3.4% + $0.50 (Singapore), 3.9% (International) 
Paypal fees: 3.9% + $0.50 (Singapore), 4.4% + $0.50 (International)

Bank transfers will be refunded minus the 10% restocking fee, and shipping and insurance costs only.
